Merchandise returned for an exchange must be accompanied by:

• original receipt
  
• customer’s e-mail address
• customer’s phone number
• customer’s shipping address

Unused yarn in its original condition may be exchanged for store credit within 6 months of purchase. When exchanging yarn the customer must pay for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. Customer will recieve notice of their credit with magpiescottage.com via e-mail.

Fabric, needles and accessories may not be exchanged but will be replaced if damaged in shipment. We will happily reimburse any shipping costs incurred when returning damaged merchandise, and will send replacement merchandise at no cost. Please include a description of the damage with your return.

ALL SHIPMENTS MUST BE INSURED FOR THE FULL VALUE OF THE CONTENTS. MAGPIE’S COTTAGE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNINSURED PACKAGES.
